WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
All orders take 7-14 days to shipped out once your payment has been confirmed. (This excludes Sundays and Holidays)
Orders including handmade items such as earrings or headband will be naturally delayed. Processing time is 20-25 days to ship out.
I MADE A PURCHASE AND 2 DAYS LATER I RECEIVED AN EMAIL THAT IT HAD BEEN SHIPPED BUT MY TRACKING SAYS MY ORDER IS STILL IN SAUSALITO.
We pre print our tracking numbers ahead of time in order to speed up the process. Your tracking number will become actives as soon as your order ships out.
WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST?
UK Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipping is free on all orders within the United Kingdom for orders over £60. You may purchase express shipping for an additional fee.
International Shipping Policy
COVID-19 delay: Please note that during the COVID-19 period, international packages are experiencing longer transit times due to shipping carrier delays. During this time international shipping may take up to 3-8 weeks.
International shipping is free for orders above $89 and a £15 flat fee for orders less than £90. We ship to over 120 countries around the world. For our China customers, please see our CHINA WAREHOUSE POLICY at the bottom of the page.
Duties and Taxes: Please note that customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes and brokerage fees that may be required by your respective local government. Petite Studio cannot determine the exact amount of these fees in advance. Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost and will be collected upon delivery from the carriers for certain packages. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
If a customer decides to reject delivery of a package based on duties or taxes levied by their country's customs, we will deduct a £25fee for orders over £200 or a £30 fee for orders under £w200. This fee covers the cost of international shipping and logistics back to us and warehouse re-stocking fees.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return items purchased at full price (within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or credit) less shipping fees, except in the case of an incorrect shipment. Items that are purchased on sale can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund of the sale amount at the time of purchase. (less shipping fees, except in the case of an incorrect shipment) once the 14 days have passed you can return the items and receive store credit ONLY.
All return items must be unused, unworn and in the original condition in the original packaging. Items that are damaged or altered are not acceptable for return. Upon receipt of returned merchandise, Morena and Proud reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements. We are not responsible for lost return packages it is the responsibility of the customer to provide tracking number for the return package.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS RETURNS?
Once your return has been processed, we will send you an email confirmation. Upon email receipt, it may take an additional 7-10 business days for the funds to be available in your account and 1-2 billing cycles for the funds to appear on your billing statement.
Mail your return items to our Returns Department at the address stated in the confirmed email.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?
- Always protect your jewelry from sharp blows, scratching, chemicals, sunlight, and heat/cold.
- Store your jewelry in a soft lined box or pouch with an anti-tarnish strip. Try to keep pieces apart so they don’t rub together.
- Your jewelry will age and tarnish naturally so if you want to keep your pieces in pristine condition, clean your jewelry regularly, using a professional jewelry cleaning product. Always read the manufacturers instructions.
- Be away of tarnish which may occur as a result of oxidation, caused by the interaction of silver or gold plated jewelry with certain elements such as oxygen or sulfur as well as with certain acids.
- Never go swimming wearing your jewelry, as chlorine in swimming pools can cause damage to all metals.
- Avoid directly spraying perfume onto your jewelry.

CHINA WAREHOUSE POLICY
China Shipping Policy
Shipping is free for orders over £50 for all orders shipped from our distribution warehouse in China.
China exchange policy: You may exchange your order by telling us the size you need on Wechat Miniprogram or Weibo and sending the wrong size back to our China warehouse. The customer is responsible for paying for shipping the order back to us. You must send the wrong size back within 7 days of receiving it. Please include your packing slip in your returned package.
China Return Policy: You may return the product by sending the order back to our China warehouse. The customer is responsible for paying for shipping the order back to us. To return an item, you must send it back within 7 days of receiving it. You must include your packing slip in your returned package.

Please note: The items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged and must have all tags attached. Any items with stains, marks, smears or tears in the fabric or tag cannot be returned. All accessories and final sale items are final sale and can not be returned.
Hong Kong and Macau Returns/Exchange: The customer is responsible for paying shipping and duties to send your order back to our China warehouse. We will reject any package that requires recipient to pay shipping or duties and it will be sent back to the customer.
