請問可以到貓舍看貓嗎？
可以，本貓舍接受同日預早3小時預約上門或提前預約。同時，為保障貓貓健康，避免致死率高的貓貓病毒進入本舍，所以客人必須在進入貓舍前 按要求穿戴我們提供的防護衣物並跟隨指示消毒。
請問可以找我們配種嗎？

請問如何預訂貓BB？
當貓舍公布小貓尋家中就聯絡我們預定，被選定的小貓不會再讓其他家長挑選！
選定後需支付總金額一半定金！不因個人因素退定！不因個人因素更換現貓！
請問能預先付訂金排隊嗎？
本舍設有現貓+預訂制度雙軌進行，可因應客人需要預訂指定花色或者指定接貓日子的相應寶寶，屆時排隊客人將有預先選擇權，待排隊客人挑選後，剩餘貓貓才會對外開放。
如果選擇排隊，需要支付1500元的排隊訂金（簽署排隊金協議），排隊後選貓次數不限、時間不限。選到貓貓後，需支付總金額一半定金，之前支付的1500元排隊金沖抵貓款。
如果選擇等待現貓，則不需要提前支付費用，在《尋家中的寶寶》頁面中看到喜歡的現貓BB後，直接WhatsApp/DM 我們即可🙌🏻💕

### **How can I reserve a kitten?**
Once we announce kittens available for adoption, you can contact us to reserve one. A kitten that has been selected will no longer be available for others to choose.
To secure your reservation, a **50% deposit of the total price** is required. Please note that:
- Deposits are **non-refundable** due to personal reasons.
- You cannot switch to a different kitten once selected.

### **Can I prepay a deposit to get on the waiting list?**
Yes, we offer a dual system for **current kittens** and **pre-orders**:
1. **Pre-order System**:
- You can reserve a specific coat color or a kitten for a specific pick-up date. Customers on the waiting list have **priority in choosing kittens** before they are made available to the public.
- To join the waiting list, a **HK$1,500 deposit** is required (with a signed waiting list deposit agreement).
- Once on the list, you can choose kittens without restrictions on the number of times or timing.
- After you select a kitten, a 50% deposit of the total price will be required, with the HK$1,500 deposit applied toward the final payment.
2. **Current Kitten System**:
- If you prefer to wait for available kittens, you do not need to pay in advance. Simply check our "Kittens Available for Adoption" page and contact us via WhatsApp or DM when you find a kitten you like. 🙌🏻💕
